Important dates and registration

• 12 January 2026 - Registration opens
• 20 March 2026 - Abstract submission deadline
• 15 April - Abstract decisions exptected
• 6 May - Registration closes and deadline for payment

Registration: To register first create an account on the Sciencesconf.org platform (click Create Account from drop-down menu next to 'Login'). After loging in click 'Register' on the left hand menu to submit your details. Note you will reieve an email stating that your registration is confirmed but your place at the conference will only be secured once payment of the registration fee has also been made (see below).

Abstract submission: To submit your abstract click on 'New submission' on the left hand menu, then click 'Submit an abstract' and upload your abstract using the template that is provided on the form (please do not attempt to submit any supplementary files).

Payment: Information for payment of the registration fee will be provided on the website shortly. Access the to the scientific sessions, abstract book, lunches and coffee breaks are included in the regstration fee however accomodation must be booked separately. Please see 'Useful Information' for advice on booking accomodation.
